Vardhan Warping Oil:

Vardhan is a specifically blended emulsifying warping oil made of unique emulsifiers and petroleum oil. It blends easily with either cold or hot water. It creates uniform, remarkably stable emulsions that don’t seem to separate even after extended use or storage.

It is a highly washable and high antistatic lubricant which gives stable emulsion with water.

Due to its good emulsifying effect, it can easily be removed by washing.

Reduces friction between yarns and metal parts on warping machines, which minimizes yarn breakage and enhances smooth yarn movement

Helps prevent static electricity buildup, which can cause yarns to cling or tangle, especially in synthetic and blended yarns

Environmentally friendly warping oils are designed to be biodegradable to reduce environmental impact during disposal.
